Appointment Booking Policy Career Sarthi Group, a proprietorship business located at Kolkata, Madhyamgram, Pin 700130, West Bengal, and owned by Mr. & Mrs. Bhabak (collectively, "the Company"), provides placement services, career counseling, and coaching services to its clients. The following policy applies to all services provided by the Company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Career Sarthi website and portal at careersarthigroup.in. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. 1. Our Services Career Sarthi provides job placement assistance, job opportunities, recruitment support, career guidance, interview preparation, resume support, training, and related career services. 2. 100% Placement Assurance Career Sarthi provides a 100% Placement Assurance to eligible candidates who successfully complete the applicable registration, documentation, eligibility, interview, and other required processes. Placement is subject to the candidate meeting the eligibility criteria and complying with the requirements communicated by Career Sarthi and/or the employer. If a particular job opportunity becomes unavailable or the candidate is not selected for a particular opportunity, Career Sarthi may provide alternative/substitute job opportunities based on the candidate’s eligibility and available vacancies. Placement assurance means continued placement assistance and suitable opportunities; it does not guarantee a specific company, designation, salary, location, employer, or employment condition. 3. Job Information We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and updated job information. However, vacancies, salary, eligibility, location, joining dates, and other employment conditions may change based on employer requirements. 4. Non-Refundable Policy All payments made for Career Sarthi services are strictly non-refundable. No refund will be provided due to change of mind, non-selection for a particular vacancy, withdrawal, failure to join, failure to attend an interview, personal reasons, or any other candidate-initiated reason. Where applicable, Career Sarthi may provide alternative/substitute placement opportunities instead of a refund. 5. Candidate Responsibilities Candidates must provide genuine and accurate information and documents and must follow all instructions, interview schedules, joining requirements, and employer eligibility criteria. Providing false information, forged documents, impersonation, or fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of placement assistance without refund. 6. Employer & Selection Terms Final selection, salary, designation, working hours, location, joining date, and employment conditions are determined by the respective employer. Career Sarthi does not control or alter the employer’s employment terms. 7. Account & Content Protection Users must keep their account credentials confidential. Unauthorized sharing, copying, distributing, reselling, or reproducing Career Sarthi’s paid materials, training content, or proprietary resources is strictly prohibited. 8. Third-Party Employers Career Sarthi may work with various employers, recruiters, and recruitment partners. Employer requirements and vacancies may change without prior notice. 9. Privacy Candidate information may be used for recruitment, communication, placement, training, and service delivery. Relevant information may be shared with employers or recruitment partners for recruitment purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. 10. Changes to Terms Career Sarthi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or its services at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, with applicable disputes subject to the jurisdiction of West Bengal, India. 12. Acceptance By registering, applying for a job, purchasing a service, or using the Career Sarthi website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Career Sarthi Group reserves the right to take appropriate action against fraudulent activity, misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.
